Constellations Academy is for women who are done waiting to be handed influence they have already earned. Not affirmations. Not confidence tips. The actual mechanics of how power moves, and how to move it.
What this is
A working education in power.
Most leadership training for women teaches you to be more palatable. Speak up, but warmly. Take space, but not too much. It treats the problem as your personality when the problem is almost always structural.
Constellations starts somewhere else. It assumes you are already capable, already qualified, and already carrying more than anyone has credited you for. What is missing is not confidence. It is a working map of how decisions actually get made, who holds what, and where the doors are that nobody pointed you to.
Every module ends with something you do, not something you feel. You leave with a map of your own landscape and a plan you have already started running.

What Is Power, Really?
The five kinds of power that actually operate in a room, political, economic, social, cultural and symbolic. You learn to spot which are in play, and which you already hold without having named it.
Values as Strategy
Feminist leadership ethics as a practical tool rather than a slogan, and writing your own power manifesto so that when a decision gets hard you already know where you stand.
Strategic Action
The difference between performative activism and action that shifts something, finding your real entry points into a system, and using digital tools as genuine power infrastructure rather than noise.
Leading Without the Title
How to move things when you have no formal authority, how to build coalitions from inside an organisation, and how to protect your energy while doing it.
Make Any Room Listen
Speaking with authority, writing so that it lands, and the sixty second power pitch you can use in a lift, a meeting, or a message you were not sure you were allowed to send.
When the Backlash Comes
Reading resistance for what it is, what to do when your name is the thing under attack, and how to hold a position without either collapsing or hardening.
Money and Power
How the two are wired together, how to negotiate for what you are worth without apologising for it, and how to take funding without quietly handing over control.
