Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Constellations Academy website, our courses, our community, and everything else we provide. By buying a course, creating an account, or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

01Who we are

Constellations Academy is operated by Politics4Her, founded and led by Yasmina Benslimane. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Politics4Her. "You" means the person using the service.

You can reach us through our contact page, which is the fastest way to get a reply from a real person.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or create an account. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person. You may not share, resell, or transfer your access to anyone else.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe credentials are being shared.

04Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and by purchasing you also accept their terms. We do not store your full card details at any point.

Access begins once payment is confirmed. Where a tier includes a limited access period, for example six months of community access with Constellation or twelve months with North Star, that period starts on the date of purchase and is stated on the pricing page at the time of sale.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes never affect a purchase you have already completed.

05Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20 percent of the course.

To request one, contact us through the contact page within that 14 day window and tell us the email address you purchased with. We will confirm your completion percentage from your course records and, where you qualify, process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days, or once more than 20 percent of the course has been completed, purchases are final. This is because the material is delivered digitally and cannot be returned. If something has gone wrong technically, or you believe your situation is exceptional, contact us anyway. We would rather hear from you than have you stay unhappy quietly.

06What you may do with the content

When you buy a course we grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to access and use the material for your own learning, for as long as your access lasts.

You may not:

  • copy, republish, sell, licence, or distribute any part of the course
  • record, download, or screen capture material, except where we explicitly provide a download
  • share your login or otherwise give access to people who have not paid for it
  • use the material to build, market, or teach a competing course or programme
  • remove or obscure any notice of ownership or attribution

All course content, text, video, worksheets, frameworks, branding and design remain the property of Politics4Her or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

07Community conduct

Our community spaces exist so members can speak candidly about real professional situations. That only works if people are treated well. You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other members, not to post unlawful or infringing material, and not to use the community to advertise or recruit without our permission.

What is shared in the community stays in the community. Members discuss employers, colleagues, and situations that carry real professional risk. Do not screenshot, quote, forward, or repost another member's contribution outside the space without their explicit consent.

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate access, where these standards are broken. In serious cases, including harassment or breaching another member's confidence, we may do so immediately and without refund.

08Your own contributions

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting in our community you give us a non exclusive licence to host and display it as part of running the service. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We will not use your posts in marketing without asking you first.

09No guarantee of results

Our courses are educational. They are not career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or therapy, and using them does not create a professional advisory relationship between us.

We do not promise any specific outcome, including a promotion, a raise, a job offer, funding, or any level of income. Results depend on your own circumstances, your effort, and many factors outside anyone's control. Any examples discussed in the material are illustrative only and are not a prediction of what will happen for you.

Before acting on anything you learn, particularly regarding employment, contracts, or money, consider taking advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

10Availability and changes to the course

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or entirely free of errors. We may update, improve, or reorganise course material over time, and may occasionally take the service down for maintenance.

Where we run live sessions, dates may change. If we cancel a live session that formed part of what you paid for, we will either reschedule it or provide a recording or an equivalent alternative.

11Third party services

The service is delivered through third party platforms, including our website host, course platform, and payment processor, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

12Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

14Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if a payment fails or is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where we end access because of a serious breach, refunds are at our discretion.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.

15Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its date shown at the top. Where changes are significant we will make reasonable effort to notify enrolled members. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, this does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

18General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else.

19Contact

Questions about these terms, or about a refund, can be sent through our contact page. We read everything and reply within two working days.
